no fancy tools needed. just a small pot, a spoon to measure, and a strainer to pour through. our blend is premixed with the perfect ratio of high quality tea and spices. just add your milk and sweetener of choice and you’re good to go.

we always source the freshest harvests from family farms across south asia. every ingredient in our blend is thoughtfully sourced for flavor, quality, and integrity.

yes! our black tea is certified organic by california certified organic farmers (ccof). it’s also non-gmo, natural, single-origin, and sustainably sourced. basically, all the good stuff without compromise.

each pouch is labeled with a best by date on the back. while it can stay fresh for over a year, we recommend using it within 6 months of opening for the best flavor and aroma. store it somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight.

it varies depending on how strong you brew it, but it’s roughly equivalent to one to two shots of espresso. that said, tea caffeine hits differently. thanks to l-theanine in black tea, you’ll get a smoother, more sustained energy boost with no crash.

we’re a small team and fulfill orders a couple times a week. once your order is packed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. you’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on our food products. if there is something wrong with your order, please email info@elaichico.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right!
