Return & Exchange Policy
Food Products (chai blends + edible items)
For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on any food items. If something is wrong with your order, please email orders@elaichico.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll work to make it right.
Merchandise (tumblers, mugs, apparel, accessories)
General Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received). All returns require prior authorization - items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
elaichi co. reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the criteria outlined below.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at orders@elaichico.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging (including any damage to the shipping box)

Your order number
Claims must be submitted within this window so we can investigate carrier or fulfillment issues accurately.
If your claim is approved:
- We’ll issue a prepaid return shipping label, and

You will have 30 days to send the item back to us.
All damage claims are subject to investigation.
elaichi co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Returned items must be packaged securely in adequate protective materials (ideally the original packaging).
Items damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging may result in denial of the refund.
Unwanted Items / Change of Mind
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original, sellable condition, including:
- All original tags attached
- All original packaging and protective inserts
- No signs of wear, use, washing, or damage
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Once your return is approved and processed, you’re welcome to repurchase the item.
- Items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service; elaichi co. is not responsible for lost returns.
Non-returnable Merchandise
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Food items
- Used or opened items
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
- Final sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
