We are growing! Our Berkeley cafe is busier than ever, and we are opening a brand new spot in San Francisco. We're looking to hire for both locations.
From the moment we opened our doors, we've believed that it's people, not just delicious drinks and beautiful spaces, that make the difference. We're creating a space that feels like home, where every guest is treated like a mehmaan (someone honored just for showing up).
We want to change how people think about chai and give it the love it deserves. We are doing that by building communities rooted in kindness, and proving that small, thoughtful things can leave a massive impact.
who we're looking for
You don't need to be a coffee expert or know the exact science of brewing doodh patti. We will gladly teach you everything you need to know about the chai part.
What we really care about is how you treat people. We are looking for team members who show up with empathy, notice the little things, and work together to make someone's day a little better. We love working with people who stay curious, take pride in their craft, and believe in doing the right thing even when it is busy.
Things move fast around here. Sometimes the chai boils over and sometimes there is a line out the door. We rely on constant communication and real teamwork to keep things running smoothly.
